Terms of Service & Return Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You’ll typically receive a notification upon confirmation of order, and another on order delivery. Please note that the order delivery time will not be the exact time of delivery. Our delivery driver will enter the delivery confirmation when he returns from deliveries, which may be at the end of the day.

DELIVERY

Delivery fee will be added to each order; some delivery charges may vary depending on the zip code. 

CLAIM OF NON-DELIVERY:

If you placed an order with us and claim it was not delivered, please allow us 24-48 hours to investigate the matter. Possibly no one was at the location given to be to delivered to. Our policy would be to call to make other arrangements. If by the rare chance it was not delivered, we will provide a full refund or deliver an upgraded product or provide a discount coupon for your next order.

CUSTOMER MISINFORMATION:

Once a delivery has been made, we have completed our service and are no longer liable if sender had provided misinformation about recipient. Things happen sometimes to interfere in those deliveries, but if a change is needed prior to delivery please contact us so we can make the adjustment. If it is delivered incorrectly based on the information the person ordering has provided and it needs to be redelivered, an extra delivery fee will be charged.

DELIVERY REJECTION:

If a recipient rejects a delivery, no refund is provided and we cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.

QUALITY REASSURANCE:

If delivery has been made and there is a question as to the quality of the order, the recipient should contact us within 24 hrs. of delivery to discuss the matter. If our product has been proven to be compromised we will refund or replace it with another item comparable to the original item.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with florist shop's service for any reason, feel free to contact us. We will either refund your money or redeliver a new product. The choice is yours. Refunds are returned to the payment method on your original purchase and typically take up to 5-7 business days. We are available to help you with any issue that may come up. Your order is important to us and your flowers will always be hand delivered by our delivery drivers. We want to thank you for ordering flowers from Lilac’s & Twigs, your local florist. Rest assured that we will handle your order with care from start to finish. That is the difference between ordering from a national florist and ordering local from a local flower shop.
